Burgess Associates were part of the Principal Contractors MEP team delivering this Office facility in Leeds City Centre.

We had responsibility for the MEP commercial management being site based responsible for procurement, Monthly Applications, change control and Final Account agreement.

PROJECT EVOLUTION SILVERSTONE– ASTON MARTIN

Burgess Associates assisted one of our long term Specialist Electrical installation clients on this project carrying out full Quantity Surveying duties including, Agreeing fair terms and conditions, Monthly Applications for Payment, Variation measurement and costings, preparation of loss and expense, site visits to monitor progress and Final Account presentation and account agreement.

This project named Evolution was a brand new 400,000 sq ft facility opened in Silverstone just across the road from the famous F1 track as part of the Technology Campus and home of Aston Martin Team. The building houses the design, manufacturing and marketing resource for Aston Martin.
