‘I appointed Burgess Associates shortly after the project commenced, this was our biggest project and I wanted to ensure we were protected contractually. They dealt with all commercial aspects from pricing and agreeing variations through to recording delays and protecting our entitlement to extension of time and costs, both remotely from their office in Leeds and visiting site fortnightly.
