Burgess Associates were part of the Specialist Ductwork Contractors team on project Mensa. Our role on this high security Atomic Weapons facility has been to assist with the change control process and ensuring the adjustment of the target price for the works.
Our role involved working very closely with the contractors team and measurement and pricing of significant and complex drawing changes.
We continue to be involved with this project in its various and ongoing phases.

HINKLEY POINT C
Burgess Associates were part of the Team who were involved on the delivery of the Temporary Office and Welfare Facilities for the new Nuclear Facility Hinkley Point C in Somerset.
The scheme included 3no modular buildings consisting of over 800 modules in total. The Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Catering Fit Out was undertaken both off site and on site over a period of 20 months.
